摘要
为研究不同养殖密度对双齿围沙蚕生长以及个体健康的影响,试验设置A组、B组、C组、D组和E组5个试验组,其养殖密度分别为200,300,400,500和600尾/m^(2)。结果显示,随着养殖密度的增大,双齿围沙蚕的体长和体质量增长率均呈下降趋势,E组最低。单位面积产量则表现为中密度的B组最高,显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05),高密度的E组和低密度的A组较低,显著低于其他试验组(P<0.05)。染病率随着养殖密度的升高呈现出先降低后升高的趋势,C组最低,E组最高。商品蚕产量则随着养殖密度的升高呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,B组最高,E组最低。综上,研究认为双齿围沙蚕的最佳养殖密度为300尾/m^(2),该密度下双齿围沙蚕的单位面积产量和商品蚕产量均较高。
The Perinereis aibuhitensis is an important intertidal zone for economic breeding of animals. In order to study the effects of different stocking densities on the growth and individual health of P. aibuhitensis, five stocking densities groups were set up: 200(group A), 300(group B), 400(group C), 500(group D) and 600 ind./m^(2)(group E). The results showed that the growth rate of body length and body weight of P. aibuhitensis decreased with the increase of stocking density, and group E had the lowest growth rate. The yield per unit area results showed that the highest yield in medium density group B(P<0.05), while in high density group E and low density group A were lower(P<0.05). With the increase of stocking density, the infection rate showed a trend of decreasing at first and then increasing, and the lowest was in group C and the highest was in group E. Meanwhile, the output of commercial silkworm increased first and then decreased with the increase of breeding density, group B was the highest and group E was the lowest. The results of this study suggest that the optimal density of P.aibuhitensis is 300 ind./m^(2), while its yield per unit area and commercial silkworm are both higher.
