伪三元相图结合CCD响应面法优化辛夷油微乳处方

Optimization of the Prescription of Magnoliae Flos Oil-Based Microemulsion by Pseudo-Ternary Phase Diagram Combined with CCD Response Surface Method

摘要 目的优选辛夷油微乳处方。方法以辛夷油为油相、蒸馏水为水相,借助伪三元相图,选择合适的乳化剂和助乳化剂及其配比范围;以油相质量分数、固定乳化剂与助乳化剂比例(K_(m)值)为考察因素,以乳滴粒径及聚合物分散性指数(PDI)为评价指标,采用中心复合设计响应面法优选上述两因素的最佳比例。结果优选的辛夷油微乳处方为以辛夷油为油相、聚氧乙烯醚蓖麻油为乳化剂、PEG400为助乳化剂,三者比例为34.39∶30.71∶34.90。所得微乳的理论平均粒径为44.34 nm,PDI为0.250。结论优选的辛夷油微乳处方客观、合理、稳定、可靠。 Objective To optimize the prescription of Magnoliae Flos oil-based microemulsion.Methods Appropriate emulsifier and co-emulsifier and their ratio range were selected by pseudo-ternary phase diagram with the Magnoliae Flos oil as oil phase and the distilled water as water phase.The mass fraction of oil phase,the ratio of fixed emulsifier and co-emulsifier(K_(m) value)as investigation factors,the best ratio of them was optimized by central composite design(CCD)response surface method with the droplet size and polymer dispersity index(PDI)as evaluation indexes.Results The optimal Magnoliae Flos oil-based microemulsion prescription was as follows:Magnoliae Flos oil as oil phase,polyoxyethylene ether castor oil as emulsifier,PEG400 as co-emulsifier,the ratio of them was 34.39∶30.71∶34.90.The theoretical average particle size of microemulsion was 44.34 nm,PDI was 0.250.Conclusion The optimal Magnoliae Flos oil-based microemulsion prescription has the good advantage of objectivity,rationality,stability and reliability.
