探究CO_(2)催化重整中镍基催化剂的抗积碳性 被引量:1

摘要 在焦油的CO_(2)重整过程中,使用铁掺杂来增加单金属镍基催化剂的抗焦炭性。研究了单金属Ni/ZrO_(2)和双金属Ni-Fe/ZrO_(2)催化剂在甲苯二氧化碳重整反应中的催化活性和抗结焦性。结果表明,添加铁后对重整反应的促进作用是镍铁合金中镍和铁之间的相互作用的原因。同时,铁掺杂后,镍基催化剂表面上的焦炭沉积也被抑制,Ni-Fe/ZrO_(2)上的焦炭沉积(5.48%)低于Ni/ZrO_(2)上的焦炭沉积(27.54%)。通过在焦油的CO_(2)重整过程中向镍基催化剂中添加铁,可以提高抗积碳性能和稳定性,使得催化剂能够更好地应用于焦油去除过程。 In the CO_(2) reforming process of tar,iron doping is used to increase the coke resistance of single metal nickel-based catalysts.The catalytic activity and coking resistance of Ni/ZrO_(2) and bimetal Ni-Fe/ZrO_(2) catalysts in the carbon dioxide reforming of toluene were studied.The result showed that the interaction between nickel and iron in Ni-Fe alloy is caused by the promotion of reforming reaction after adding iron.Meanwhile,coke deposition on the surface of nickel catalyst was also inhibited after Fe doping,resulting in coke deposition on Ni-Fe/ZrO_(2)(5.48%)lower than that on Ni/ZrO_(2)(27.54%).By adding iron to nickel catalyst during CO_(2) reforming of tar,coke resistance and stability can be improved,which makes the catalyst suitable for tar removal process.
