摘要
采用乙醇提取银杏叶中奎宁酸和莽草酸两种活性成分。考察提取次数、提取温度、溶剂浓度对银杏叶中奎宁酸和莽草酸提取的影响。结果表明,综合提取银杏叶中奎宁酸和莽草酸的优选工艺参数为:料液比1∶8 g/mL,70%乙醇,温度70℃,提取2次,第1次提取2 h,2次提取1 h。奎宁酸含量达5.29%,莽草酸含量达4.90%。
To extract the two active components of quinic acid and shikimic acid from Ginkgo biloba leaves with ethanol.The effects of extraction times,extraction temperature,and solvent concentration on the extraction of quinic acid and shikimic acid from Ginkgo biloba leaves were investigated.The results showed that the optimal process parameters for comprehensive extraction of quinic acid and shikimic acid from Ginkgo biloba leaves were as follows:material-to-liquid ratio 1∶8 g/mL,70%ethanol,temperature 70℃,two extractions,the first extraction 2 h,and the second extraction 1 h.The content of quinic acid is 5.29%,and the content of shikimic acid is 4.90%.
