摘要
在清洗超细油基钻屑的过程中,由于固体颗粒的尺寸通常小于1μm,因此传统的方法如离心等不能有效地降低油产品的细砂夹带。选取N,N-二甲基苯胺(DMA)为萃取剂,N,N,N’,N’-四甲基-1,3-丙二胺(PMPDA)为辅助溶剂,对超细油基钻屑进行清洗,获得了一种清洁、可持续的方法。在TMPDA盐溶液辅助DMA溶剂萃取过程中,残砂的残余含油量由11.35%降低到0.42%,油品中细小颗粒消失。红外光谱和Zeta电位测试表明,质子化的胺与固体表面的粘附,使得残余油更容易从表面分离。Zeta电位与粒度分析表明,叔胺盐的加入提高了水溶液的离子强度,导致细砂颗粒在油介质中失去稳定性,细颗粒发生聚沉。
In the process of extracting oil from ultra-fine oil-based drill cuttings,fine particles are difficult to be removed because the size of the solid particles is usually less than 1μm.Therefore,conventional methods cannot reduce the content of fine sand particles in oil products to a satisfactory level,such as centrifugation.Herein,ultra-fine oil-based drill cuttings were extracted by switchable water-assisted N,N-dimethylaniline solvent,obtaining a clean and sustainable method,where N,N-dimethylaniline is selected as the extraction solvent,and N,N,N’,N’-tetramethyl-1,3-propanediamine is selected as switchable water for improving oil extraction.During the process of TMPDA salt-assisted DMA solvent extraction,the residual oil content on the oil-based drill cuttings is reduced from the original 11.35%to 0.42%,and the fine particles in the oil products are eliminated.Through infrared spectrum and Zeta potential,it proved that the protonated diamine adhered to the solid surface,which makes the residual oil more easily separated from the surface.According to the measurements of Zeta potential and particle size,the addition of tertiary amine salt enhances the ionic strength of the solution,which causes that fine sand particles lose stability in the oil medium and flocculate finally.
