摘要
综述了目前常用的各种催化氧化脱硫工艺的氧化剂和催化剂,并对其进行评价以及对未来的展望。绿色燃料油的生产对于减少环境污染和保护生态环境具有重大的意义。为了完全满足硫含量标准的新要求,必须有效地从燃料油中去除含硫化合物(例如噻吩及其衍生物)。相比于高投资成本、反应条件苛刻的加氢脱硫(HDS),氧化脱硫(ODS)具有反应条件温和、操作条件温和、脱硫效率高等优点。
This article reviews various oxidants and catalysts commonly used in catalytic oxidation desulfurization processes,evaluates them,and prospects for the future.The production of green fuel oil is of great significance for reducing environmental pollution and protecting the ecological environment.In order to fully meet the new requirements of sulfur content standards,sulfur-containing compounds(such as thiophene and its derivatives)must be effectively removed from fuel oil.Compared with high investment costs and harsh reaction conditions,hydrodesulfurization(HDS)and oxidative desulfurization(ODS)have the advantages of mild reaction conditions,mild operating conditions,and high desulfurization efficiency.
