离子交换纤维的应用

综述了离子交换纤维的种类、吸附机理,以及比较了通过不同化学方法对离子交换纤维改性后应用去除水中重金属离子的吸附效果。此外离子交换纤维也能应用在糖汁中脱色脱盐。但目前离子交换纤维的工业化应用还不够成熟,存在如价格较高,再生废液等问题,未能够完全替代离子交换树脂等其它离子交换材料。因此在对离子交换纤维未来大规模应用进行展望时,要首先解决它的工业化生产问题。

The types and adsorption mechanism of ion-exchange fibers are reviewed,and the adsorption effects of ion-exchange fibers modified by different chemical methods to remove heavy metal ions from water are compared.In addition,ion-exchange fibers can also be used in decolorization and desalination of sugar juice.However,the industrial application of ion exchange fiber is not mature enough,such as high price,waste liquid regeneration and other problems,so can not completely replace ion exchange resin and other ion exchange materials.Therefore,in the future large-scale application of ion-exchange fiber,it is necessary to solve its industrial production problem first.
