Research on Issues Related to the Preparation Method of Energy Saving Report for Fixed Asset Investment Projects

笔者根据近些年黑龙江省固定资产投资项目节能报告编制和审查的体会,对节能报告如何更好地编制,体现项目能源消费的实际水平提出了相关建议。主要包括编制依据、编制原则,编制内容、计算方法、指标分析等内容。

Based on the experience of compiling and reviewing energy-saving reports for fixed asset investment projects in Heilongjiang Province in recent years,the author puts forward relevant suggestions on how to better compile energy-saving reports and reflect the actual level of project energy consumption.It mainly includes compilation basis,compilation principle,compilation content,calculation method,index analysis and so on.
