摘要
随着国家当前倡导“中国制造2025”战略背景下,自动化、智能化的机床是所有制造企业必备的生产利器。为了更好地适应工业发展的要求,对普通机床进行智能化改造,既可以解决现代机械制造中结构复杂、精密、批量小、多零件的加工问题,也能够提升产品质量,提高生产效率。如直接购买智能化的机床,一是成本较高,而且不能充分发挥智能化机床的所有功能,造成浪费,因此因地制宜的改造现有机床,是将机床智能化的有效办法。技能节省成本,又能提高企业的制造能力。
With the current national advocacy of“made in China 2025”strategy,automatic and intelligent machine tools are necessary production tools for all manufacturing enterprises.In order to better meet the requirements of industrial development,the intelligent transformation of ordinary machine tools can not only solve the processing problems of complex structure,precision,small batch and multi parts in modern mechanical manufacturing,but also improve product quality and production efficiency.If you directly buy intelligent machine tools,first,the cost is high,and can not give full play to all functions of intelligent machine tools,resulting in waste.Therefore,the transformation of existing machine tools according to local conditions is an effective way to make machine tools intelligent.Skills can not only save costs,but also improve the manufacturing capacity of enterprises.
