海上风电防腐蚀研究现状与前景 被引量:14

摘要 近年来,海上风电技术在全世界范围内迅速发展,作为能源系统去碳化和实现零排放的关键技术之一,海上风电的地位日趋重要。我国的海上风能资源丰富,但风电机组在高盐雾、高湿度、长日照、微生物附着等苛刻的海洋环境中长期运行时,面临着严峻的腐蚀挑战。本文从风电机组组成的角度出发,综述了目前行业内对风电机组各部位的腐蚀防护研究情况,并提出了未来海上风电防腐蚀研究的展望。 In recent years,offshore wind power technology has developed rapidly around the world.As one of the key technologies to decarbonize energy systems and achieve zero emissions,offshore wind power plays an increasingly important role.China is rich in offshore wind energy resources,but wind turbines are faced with severe corrosion challenges when they operate in harsh marine environment such as high salt fog,high humidity,long sunshine and microbial adhesion.In this paper,from the perspective of wind turbine composition,the current situation of corrosion protection research on various parts of wind turbine in the industry is reviewed,and the prospect of corrosion protection research on offshore wind turbine in the future is put forward.
