摘要 We have witnessed unprecedented progress of perovskite solar cells(PSCs) in last few years. The power conversion efficiency(PCE) has been boosted from 3.8% to the current record of 25.5%[1, 2]. A typical PSC consists of a polycrystalline perovskite layer sandwiched between electron-transporting layers(ETLs) and hole-transporting layers(HTLs).
