数值计算在高能内爆碎片冲击损伤中的应用

摘要 数值计算分析是一种研究高速碎片特性的有效方法。利用硼硅酸玻璃作为基材,在真空环境下接受高速碎片冲击,模拟爆轰试验场景,根据硼硅酸玻璃表面的损伤形貌,通过数值计算得到高速碎片的质量与速度分布情况。研究表明,高能内爆产生的碎片质量为10^(-7)~10^(3)mg,速度为5.2×10^(3)~10.0×10^(3)m/s。计算结果可为高能内爆碎片防护提供理论依据。 Numerical calculation analysis is an effective method to study the characteristics of high-speed debris.In this paper,borosilicate glass was utilized as the substrate to accept the impact of high-speed debris in vacuum environment to simulate the detonation test scene.According to the damage morphology of the surface of borosilicate glass,the mass and velocity distribution of the high-speed debris were obtained by numerical calculation.The results show that the mass and the velocity of the debris produced from high energy implosion are 10^(-7)-10^(-3) mg and 5.2×10^(3)-10.0×10^(3) m/s respectively.The calculation results can provide a theoretical basis for the protection of high energy implosion debris.
