干熄焦除氧器自动化配用低品位蒸汽实践

摘要 干熄焦锅炉系统使用的除盐水中溶解了大量氧气、二氧化碳等气体,这部分气体会对热力设备造成腐蚀、降低传热效率,及时地把这部分气体清除掉,才能保证锅炉等设备的安全经济运行。探索将马钢炼焦总厂北区焦炉配套的烟道废气脱硫脱硝系统锅炉产的低品位蒸汽,自动配用到干熄焦除氧器中,降低了干熄焦除氧系统配用外部管道低压蒸汽的消耗量,实现了能源的综合利用。 A large amount of gases,such as oxygen,carbon dioxide etc.are dissolved in the demineralized water in the CDQ boiler system,which would cause corrosion and reduce heat transfer efficiency to the equipment.Therefore,deaerator is used to remove this part of gas in time to ensure that the boiler system can operate in safe and economical manner.This paper describes a case that the low-grade steam,produced by the boiler in coke oven flue gas DeSOxand DeNOxsystem in north area of coking plant of Masteel,is automatically distributed into CDQ deaerator,which reduces the consumption of external L.P.steam for the CDQ deaerator system so as to realize comprehensive utilization of energy.
