摘要
针对焦化厂粗苯冷凝冷却器运行过程中存在的换热效率低、冷却效果差等技术难题,开发了带折流装置的新型螺旋板换热器。新构件改变了气体的流动状态,延长了气体存留时间,强化了换热效果,基本消除了冷凝液的二次蒸发。
Aiming at the technical problems such as low heat exchange efficiency and poor cooling effect during operation of the crude benzol condenser in the coking plant,a new spiral plate heat exchanger with baffles was developed.The new baffles can change the gas flow,extend the gas residence time,improve the heat exchange effect,and basically eliminated the secondary evaporation of condensate.
