摘要
通过对鞍钢化学科技有限公司主要生产装置新水消耗量、水重复利用率及蒸汽冷凝水回收率3个指标的分析研究,挖掘各装置节水潜力。结合生产实际,制定并实施了外排水回收利用、蒸汽冷凝水回收利用、加强日常节水管理等节水优化方案,取得了显著效果,也为未来企业节水工作打下良好基础。
Through analysis and research on fresh water consumption,water reuse rate and steam condensate recovery rate of the main production units of Ansteel Chemical Technology Co.,Ltd.,the optimized water-saving solutions have been worked out and implemented,such as drainage recycling,steam condensate recycling and enhancing routine management in water-saving,which proved satisfactory result and laid a solid foundation for further move in water-saving.
