双三相多相永磁同步电机驱动器混合直接转矩控制策略 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统直接转矩控制(direct torque control,DTC)存在的动态响应慢、稳态性能不足以及低转矩脉动和低电流谐波等问题,提出了一种基于双三相多相永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)驱动器的新型混合直接转矩控制策略。首先,分别在稳态和动态运行模式下设计了不同的转矩控制器,实现传统DTC策略的快速动态响应和稳态性能,并在动态运行模式中充分利用电压矢量的控制能力跟踪参考转矩。其次,针对转矩和定子磁通设计了一种新型的解耦控制器,以充分利用电压矢量对转矩的转换能力。最后,基于转矩控制器提出了双模式转换方法,实现两种操作模式之间的平滑转换,并通过实验验证所提策略的有效性。实验结果表明,所提控制策略具有良好的稳态和瞬态性能,可实现快速的转矩跟踪,并可避免较大的转矩波动,且能够利用合成的无谐波电压矢量限制低阶电流谐波。 Aiming at the problems of slow dynamic response,insufficient steady-state performance,low torque ripple and low current harmonic in traditional direct torque control(DTC),a new hybrid direct torque control strategy based on dual three-phase polyphase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)driver was proposed.Firstly,different torque controllers were designed in the steady-state and dynamic operation modes respectively to realize the fast dynamic response and steady-state performance of the traditional DTC strategy,and make full use of the control ability of voltage vector to track the reference torque in the dynamic operation mode.Secondly,a new decoupling controller was designed for torque and stator flux to make full use of the conversion ability of voltage vector to torque.Finally,a dual-mode conversion method was proposed based on the torque controller to achieve a smooth conversion between the two operating modes,and the effectiveness of the proposed scheme was verified through experiments.Experimental results show that the proposed control scheme has good steady-state and transient performance.It can achieve fast torque tracking,and avoid large torque fluctuations,and can use the synthesized harmonic-free voltage vector to limit low-order current harmonics.
