摘要
某中学教学楼因修建于20世纪50年代末,其抗震性能不满足现行抗震设计要求,采用在原有结构中设置墙式铅剪切型阻尼器的加固方法提高其抗震性能。运用SAP2000建立结构有限元模型并进行多遇地震下的弹性时程分析,确定了消能减震加固方案,然后对该减震结构在多遇地震及罕遇地震下的减震效果进行了验证,也介绍了阻尼器与主体结构的连接方式。分析结果表明,减震结构的层间位移角满足《建筑抗震设计规范》限值要求,并且基地剪力显著降低,验证了墙式铅剪切型阻尼器布置的有效性和结构抗震安全性。
Because a middle school teaching building was built in the late 1950 s, its seismic performance does not meet the current seismic design requirements. Therefore, the strengthening method of setting wall-type lead shear dampers in the original structure is adopted to improve its seismic performance. The finite element model of the structure is established by SAP2000. The elastic time history analysis under fortification earthquakes is carried out, and the reinforcement scheme is determined. Then, the damping effect of the controlled structure under fortification and rare earthquakes is verified, and the connection mode between the damper and the main structure is also introduced. The analysis results show that the inter story displacement of the damping structure meets the limit requirements of the code, and the base shear force is significantly reduced, which verifies the effectiveness of the arrangement of dampers and the seismic safety of the structure.
