谈我国抗震设计规范及鉴定标准的发展

Discussion on the development of seismic design and appraisal criterion in China

主要从抗震设计及鉴定规范更替对地震作用的影响出发,通过对我国抗震及鉴定规范发展的梳理,以探究各个时期规范的不同点及相关性,结合一段时期以来我国房屋设计抗震水平的发展对既有建筑抗震鉴定工作的影响,阐明不同时期、不同发展阶段建造的房屋,与现行抗震鉴定标准的相关性,为结构抗震鉴定工作提供一定的帮助。

Based on the influence of the replacement of seismic design and appraisal codes on earthquake action, this paper discusses the differences and correlations of the codes in different periods by combing the development of China’s seismic design and appraisal codes, combined with the development of the design aseismic level of the buildings in our country since a period of time, and the influence on the aseismic appraisal of the existing buildings, the paper expounds that the buildings built in different periods and in different development stages, the correlation with the present seismic appraisal standard provides certain help for the structural seismic appraisal work.
