摘要
气凝胶因独特的结构特点,具有非常优异的隔热保温性能,是理想的隔热保温材料。但是把气凝胶作为隔热保温的功能填料,运用于水性涂料中,却存在分散性差,易团聚,孔隙结构易被破坏等问题。因此,从气凝胶的表面改性以及水性涂料中助剂、乳液种类等其他条件的影响两大方面,综合论述了如何改善气凝胶在水性涂料中的应用条件。
Due to its unique structural characteristics, aerogel has excellent thermal insulation performance and is an ideal thermal insulation material. However, when aerogel is used as a functional filler for thermal insulation and used in water-based coatings, there are problems such as poor dispersion, easy agglomeration, and easy destruction of the poreus structure. Therefore, this article comprehensively discusses how to improve the application conditions of aerogels in water-based coatings from two aspects: the effect of surface modification of aerogels and other conditions such as additives and emulsion types on water-based coatings.
