糖尿病患犬泪膜功能变化的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 为比较糖尿病性白内障犬、非糖尿病性白内障犬和非糖尿病非白内障犬的泪液量、泪膜破裂时间、泪糖浓度、结膜细胞学和病理学的差异性,每个组别中选取30只犬进行测定。结果显示,糖尿病性白内障犬的泪液测试(STT)值明显低于非糖尿病非白内障犬(P<0.05),且糖尿病性白内障犬的泪膜破裂时间(TFBUTs)值也显著低于非糖尿病性白内障犬和非糖尿病非白内障犬(P<0.05)。糖尿病性白内障犬的结膜样本中,可见轻度结膜下层炎性浸润,其中部分样本表现结膜上皮营养不良或鳞状上皮化,部分样本结膜杯状细胞的密度下降。糖尿病性白内障犬的泪膜的数量和稳定性下降,易发干眼症,其角膜结膜形态发生改变,常规荧光素染色(FL)可以作为早期诊断手段。 This study compared the differences in schirmer tear test values, tear film break up times, tear glucose concentrations, conjunctival cytologic and histologic changes among diabetic cataractous, nondiabetic cataractous, and nondiabetic noncataractous dogs. The results showed that schirmer tear test values were lower in diabetic cataractous than nondiabetic noncataractous dogs and mean tear film break up times were significantly less in diabetic cataractous dogs(P<0.05). Mild submucosal inflammatory infiltrate, conjunctival epithelial dysplasia or squamous metaplasia were observed. Reductions in conjunctival goblet cell were noted in some diabetic dogs. Thus, diabetic cataractous dogs have decreased schirmer tear test values, are prone to dry eye, and have altered corneal and conjunctival morphology. Conventional fluorescein staining can be used as an early diagnostic tool.
