摘要
中国肝癌发病率居世界首位,五年生存率仅为12.1%,但经早期准确诊断和合理治疗后其五年生存率可达到90%以上。相比常规CT,能谱CT具有多参数成像及定量测量的显著优势,在肝癌早期诊断和治疗后疗效评估等方面具有重要应用价值。本研究综述能谱CT在肝癌方面的最新研究,以期提高对肝癌的认识、为临床实践与研究提供参考。
The burden of liver cancer in China is particularly heavy,with its incidence ranking first in the world.The 5-year survival rate is only 12.1%at present,but it can reach more than 90%after early accurate diagnosis and reasonable treatment.Energy spectrum computed tomography has significant advantages of multi-parameter imaging and quantitative measurement,and important application value in defining the diagnosis of liver cancer and evaluating the curative effect after treatment.In this paper,the clinical application and progress of energy spectrum CT in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer were reviewed.
