滇西民族地区乡风文明建设的成效、困境与进路——以A州乡村振兴试点村Z村为例

Achievements,Difficulties and Approaches of the Construction of Rural Style Civilization in Ethnic Areas of Western Yunnan:A Case Study of Village Z,a Pilot Village for Rural Revitalization in Prefecture A

培育文明乡风,能为乡村振兴提供保障。调研显示,滇西A州Z村乡村振兴试点工作在加强文化阵地建设、开展移风易俗、传承民族特色文化等方面卓有成效,提升了乡风文明水平。但依然存在部分农民主流价值观认同偏低、公共文化供给成效有限、乡村文化人才支撑不足等制约因素。必须通过强化社会主义核心价值观引领功能、提升公共文化服务水平、挖掘农民主体内生动力等策略增强乡村发展的“软实力”。

Cultivating civilized rural style can provide guarantee for rural revitalization.The survey shows that the pilot work of rural revitalization in village Z of prefecture A in Western Yunnan has been effective in strengthening the construction of cultural positions,transforming customs and inheriting national characteristic culture which has improved the level of rural civilization.However,there are still some restrictive factors,such as the low mainstream values recognition of some farmers,the limited effectiveness of public culture supply,and the insufficient support of rural cultural talents.We must enhance the"soft power"of rural development by strengthening the leading function of socialist core values,improving the level of public cultural services,tapping the endogenous power of farmers and other strategies.
