军队医学院校中医本科生小班制推拿教学的特点与思考

摘要 军队医学院校中医本科生小班制学生人数极少,推拿教学凸显课时少、内容多、教学要求高的困境,但同时也有地方院校无法实现的师带徒式教学以及课堂形式灵活多变等有利条件。通过精心设计课堂导入环节,采用LBL、CBL、PBL、Seminar等教学方法,混合应用,因人施教,再加上在课堂上多种媒介+灵活组织和强化学生门诊带教学习,能够初步实现在较短课时内让学生掌握手法的目的。 The number of students in small classes for undergraduate students of traditional Chinese medicine in military medical colleges and universities is extremely small,and the teaching of massage highlights the predicament of less class hours,more content and high teaching requirements,but at the same time,there are some advantages such as the teacher-student teaching and the flexible and changeable classroom form which cannot be realized in local colleges.Through carefully designing the leading-in links in the classroom,adopting the teaching methods of LBL,CBL,PBL,Seminar and so on,applying them in a mixed way,teaching students according to their needs,in addition to organizing and strengthening the students'outpatient teaching and learning flexibly through various media and in the classroom,which can preliminarily realize the purpose of letting students master techniques in short class hours.
