逍遥散治疗乳癖临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiaoyao Powder in the Treatment of Lump in Breast

乳癖病是妇女常见病,患病率在40%左右,且发病有年轻化趋势,发病年龄在20~50岁,有一定癌变危险。选取2018年1月—2020年12月兰州市七里河区西果园镇卫生院收治的乳癖患者268例,以遥散为主加减辨证施治,总有效率为97.76%(262/268),无效率为2.24%(6/268),临床疗效良好,为治疗乳癖病提供了一种安全有效方案。

Lump in breast is a common disease in women,the incidence of about 40%,and the incidence of young trend,the onset of age in 20~50 years old,there is a certain risk of cancer.A total of 268 cases of lump in breast treated in Health Center of Xiguoyuan Town in Qilihe District from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected.The total effective rate was 97.76%(262/268),and the ineffective rate was 2.24%(6/268).It provides a safe and effective program for the treatment of lump in breast.
