三参救心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Sanshen Jiuxin Decoction in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨三参救心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效,及其对患者血管内皮功能及安全性的影响。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院心内科收治的冠心病心绞痛患者94例,根据随机对照表分为对照组(47例)和试验组(47例),对照组给予常规治疗方案,阿司匹林肠溶片100 mg,日1次;辛伐他汀20 mg,日1次。试验组在对照组的基础上予以三参救心汤,2组治疗周期为4个月。治疗结束后对比分析2组临床疗效、血管内皮功能及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组总有效率、FMD水平较高,ET-1、VEC较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三参救心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床效果良好,显著缓解患者临床症状,减轻心绞痛程度,其作用机制可能与调节血管内皮功能有关,为临床研究提供了方向,安全有效。

Objective To explore the effect of Sanshen Jiuxin decoction on vascular endothelial function and safety in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 94 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the department of cardiology of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were collected and divided into control group(47 cases)and experimental group(47 cases)according to the random control table.The control group received western medicine,aspirin enteric coated tablets 100mg,qd,simvastatin 20mg,qd.The experimental group received more with Sanshen Jiuxin decoction on the basis of the control group,1 dose a day.The treatment period of the two groups was 4 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate and level of FMD in the experimental group were higher,while levels of ET-1 and VEC were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanshen Jiuxin decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of angina pectoris.It can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve the degree of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Its mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of vascular endothelial function,which provides a direction for clinical research,safe and effective.
