定坤针法治疗前庭性偏头痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Dingkun Acupuncture in the Treatment of Vestibular Migraine

目的验证定坤针法治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床疗效,探讨该疗法对前庭性偏头痛患者血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的影响。方法在2019年1月—2020年2月吉林省中医药科学院老年病科门诊患者中选择前庭性偏头痛患者90例,随机分为2组,治疗组45例,对照组45例。2组均给予生活方式管理及口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,治疗组同时给予定坤针法。治疗2周后分别测定眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及血清CGRP。结果治疗组总有效率86.67%(39/45),对照组总有效率64.44%(29/45)。治疗组治疗后DHI、HAMA评分及血清CGRP水平明显降低,且低于对照组。结论定坤针法可有效改善前庭性偏头痛患者的临床症状,降低CGRP水平,疗效肯定。

Objective To verify the clinical efficacy of Dingkun acupuncture in the treatment of vestibular migraine,and to explore the effect of this therapeutics on the level of CGRP in patients with vestibular migraine.Methods Selecting 90 patients with vestibular migraine from January 2019 to February 2020 in Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Sciences,they were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in the treatment group and 45 cases in the control group.Both groups were given lifestyle management and oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.The treatment group was given Dingkun acupuncture at the same time.After 2 weeks of treatment,the Vertigo disability rating scale(DHI),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and serum calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)were measured respectively.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%(39/45),the total effective rate of the control group was 64.44%(29/45).The scores of DHI,HAMA and serum CGRP in the treatment group significantly reduced and lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Dingkun acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with vestibular migraine,reduce the level of serum CGRP,and has positive effect.
