穴位贴敷疗法对自然分娩后痔加重预后的影响

The Effect of Acupoint Application Therapy for Postpartum Hemorrhoids Aggravated after Natural Childbirth on the Prognosis

目的探讨穴位贴敷疗法对自然分娩后痔加重预后的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月中国医科大学附属盛京医院自然分娩伴有痔的初产妇100例,随机将其分为2组。其中,试验组50例,在分娩室围产期对产后痔加重的情况进行穴位敷贴疗法并指导,对照组50例,开展常规护理干预。分别在产后3天、1周、1个月、3个月进行随访,比较产妇产后疼痛度,产后舒适度以及产妇产后至肛肠外科门诊的就诊率。结果试验组产妇在产后1周、1个月、3个月的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在产后随访时间内产后舒适度高于对照组以及至肛肠外科门诊再次就诊的就诊率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于自然分娩的产妇进行围产期的针对产后痔加重的穴位贴敷疗法能够减轻因痔加重带来的不良症状,改善其预后。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application therapy for the aggravation of postpartum hemorrhoids on the prognosis of natural childbirth.Methods A total of 100 primiparas with natural delivery and hemorrhoids in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,50 cases in the experimental group were given acupoint application therapy and guidance for postpartum hemorrhoids aggravated in the delivery room during the perinatal period,and 50 cases in the control group received routine nursing intervention.Follow-ups were conducted at 3 days,1 week,1 month,and 3 months after delivery.The degree of maternal labor pain,postpartum comfort,and the attendance rate of maternal postpartum to the anorectal surgery clinic was compared.Results The pain scores of the pregnant women in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months(P<0.05).The postpartum comfort during the postpartum follow-up period was higher than that of the control group and those who went to anorectal surgery clinic again,the rate was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the parturients who gave birth naturally,the perinatal acupoint application therapy for the aggravation of postpartum hemorrhoids can reduce the adverse symptoms caused by the aggravation of hemorrhoids and improve their prognosis.
