推拿联合肚脐贴敷治疗小儿脾肾阳虚型腹泻临床观察

Clinical Observation on Massage Manipulation Combined with Umbilicus Patch in the Treatment of Diarrhea of Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Type in Children

目的观察自拟脐贴联合推拿按摩手法治疗儿童腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月—2020年10月在本溪市中医院门诊接受治疗的儿童腹泻患者共计80例,采用常规信封法随机分组。其中对照组40例,应用脐贴治疗方案,试验组40例,在对照组基础上联合推拿治疗方案。观察2组患儿大便次数、腹痛情况、腹胀情况、食欲、食量情况计算治疗前后积分,采用尼莫地平法判定治疗总有效率。结果经临床治疗,试验组症状积分为(10.5±1.75)分,临床总有效率为95.0%(38/40);对照组症状积分为(16.5±3.71)分,临床总有效率为75.0%(30/40)。试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脾肾阳虚型腹泻患儿应用脐贴联合推拿手法治疗,可以改善患儿的临床症状,减轻腹痛,改善食欲,达到了温中散寒、扶正祛邪的目的,临床应用效果明显,值得广泛临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made umbilical patch combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods From December 2018 to October 2020,a total of 80 children with diarrhea in Benxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)by umbilical patch.On the basis of control group,40 cases were treated with massage therapy.Stool frequency,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,appetite and food intake of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and nimodipine method was used to determine the effective rate.Results After clinical treatment,symptom score of experimental group was(10.5±1.75)points,clinical total effective rate:95.0%(38/40);The symptom score of control group was(16.5±3.71)points,and the clinical total effective rate was 75.0%(30/40).The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilical patch combined with massage manipulation can improve the clinical symptoms of children with diarrhea of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type,and the clinical application effect is obvious,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
