茵陈蒿汤联合西医治疗急性黄疸型肝炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yinchenhao Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Jaundice Hepatitis

目的观察分析急性黄疸型肝炎采用加味茵陈蒿汤联合西医常规治疗的临床疗效。方法将2019年9月—2020年8月沈阳市第六人民医院收治的急性黄疸型肝炎病患70例,按随机数字表法分为参照组和联合组。参照组35例应用西医常规治疗,联合组35例应用加味茵陈蒿汤联合西医常规治疗。观察对比2组治疗前后相关肝功能指标改善情况,以及总体疗效。结果2组病患治疗前TBIL、DBIL、ALT和AST等肝功能指标水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后联合组TBIL、DBIL、ALT和AST等肝功能指标水平均较参照组低;总体疗效94.29%(33/35)较参照组高,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用加味茵陈蒿汤联合西医常规治疗急性黄疸型肝炎疗效确切,可显著改善病患肝功能指标,提升总体疗效,具有大量推广应用价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Yinchenhao decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis.Methods From September 2019 to August 2020,70 patients with acute jaundice hepatitis in Shenyang Sixth People's Hospital were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and combined group(35 cases).The improvement of liver function indexes before and after treatment and the overall efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of TBIL,DBIL,ALT and AST between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TBIL,DBIL,ALT and AST in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the overall curative effect of the combined group(94.29%,33/35)was higher,and there had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Yinchenhao decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis has definite curative effect,which can significantly improve the liver function indexes of patients and enhance the overall curative effect,which has a high value of popularization and application.
