“肺主治节”是对肺基本生理功能的高度概括,早在《素问·灵兰秘典论》便有记载,曰:“肺者,相傅之官,治节出焉”。相傅,古代官职名称,相即宰相,傅为太傅,肺为相傅之官,是将肺比喻为辅助君主的宰相,以辅助心君,调节全身。文章从肺的生理功能、对其他脏腑的调节作用以及调节生命节律三大点出发,在这些理论的指导下,进而结合临床实践,旨在将理论与临床相结合,以期能为临床提供新的思路,提高临床疗效。

“Lung governing management and regulation”is a high-level summary of the basic physiological functions of the lung.It has been recorded as early as in Suwen·Linglan Secret Classics,which says:“The lung is the official of the Xiangfu,regulate the activities of the whole body due to the qi of the master.”Xiangfu,the name of the ancient official position,Xiang is the prime minister,Fu is the Taifu,and the lung is the official of the Xiangfu.It compares the lungs to the prime minister who assists the monarch to assist the heart and regulate the body.This article starts from the three main points of the physiological function of the lung,the regulation of other internal organs,and the regulation of the rhythm of life.Under the guidance of these theories,combined with clinical practice,the aim is to combine theory with clinical practice,in order to provide new clinical information and improve clinical effect.
