针刺与早期康复护理干预对脑出血肢体功能障碍患者的影响

The Influence of Acupuncture and Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients with Limb Dysfunction

目的探讨针刺与早期康复护理干预对脑出血肢体功能障碍的影响。方法选择2019年5月—2020年5月赣州市人民医院收治的脑出血肢体功能障碍患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为进行早期康复护理干预的对照组和进行针刺与早期康复护理干预的观察组,各43例。比较2组患者护理前后的肢体功能评分和护理后的生命质量评分。结果2组患者干预前的CSS、Barthel和NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者干预后的CSS和NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理后的Barthel评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺与早期康复护理干预能够促进脑出血肢体功能障碍患者提高神经功能和肢体功能,使患者的生活质量得到显著提高,也能够有效提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion and early rehabilitation nursing intervention on cerebral hemorrhage patients with limb dysfunction.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020 in Ganzhou People's Hospital,86 cases of function obstacle of cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group for early rehabilitation nursing intervention and the observation group for acupuncture and early rehabilitation nursing intervention 43 cases each.Limb function score before and after nursing and quality of life score after nursing were compared between two groups.Results CSS,Barthel and NIHSS scores before nursing were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).CSS and NIHSS scores after nursing were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and Barthel scores and quality of life scores after nursing were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and early rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the improvement of neurological function and limb function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage limb dysfunction,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively improve the satisfaction of patients.
