摘要
数据销毁电路是一种通过高电压物理销毁,使SD卡等存储的数据无法恢复,避免数据被非法泄露的技术。传统的数据销毁电路使用单个电源对单张SD卡进行销毁,若直接将单个电源连接至多张SD卡,会出现某张SD卡对地短路的现象,造成电源输出电压被拉低,其他SD卡连接的电压过低而不能被销毁。本文提出了一种针对多张SD卡的数据销毁电路,可以实现单个电源同时对多张SD卡进行数据销毁。
Data destruction circuit is a technique of physical destruction by high voltage,so that the SD card stored data cannot be recovered and avoid data leakage.The traditional data destruction circuit uses a single power supply to destroy a single SD card.If a single power supply is directly connected to multiple SD cards,one SD card will short-circuit to the ground.As a result,the output voltage of the power supply will be lowered,and the connected voltage of other SD cards is too low to be destroyed.In this paper,a data destruction circuit for multiple SD cards was proposed,which could destroy data of multiple SD cards simultaneously by a single power supply.
