提高RH真空槽使用寿命研究

摘要 RH精炼炉具备处理周期短,效率高,真空效果好等优点,深受各大钢铁企业所青睐。但是如果RH真空槽穿钢导致其使用寿命过低,会严重制约生产排产,大大降低了生产效率,严重时会导致RH精炼炉热停。本文深入分析造成RH真空槽穿钢的原因,并且提出相应的改进措施,提高了RH真空槽使用寿命,达到了供应商与钢铁企业双赢的效果。 RH refining furnace has the advantages of short processing cycle, high efficiency and good vacuum effect, which is popular in many steel companies. However, due to the low service life caused by RH vacuum tank penetration, the production scheduling and its efficiency could be restricted severely, even the RH refining furnace would be stopped. In this paper, the RH vacuum tank penetration is analyzed to propose corresponding improvements for improving the service life of the RH vacuum tank and achieving a win-win situation between the supplier and the steel company.
