摘要
针对120mm的08Ni3DR钢板,研究其在不同热处理状态下的显微组织,并对T/4和T/2处的组织和性能进行了分析。结果表明,08Ni3DR钢板采用淬火+亚温淬火+回火热处理后,主要组织为铁素体+贝氏体组织,且内部组织分布均匀,晶粒细小,钢板具有良好的拉伸强度和冲击韧性;试样在经过模拟焊后热处理,拉伸强度和冲击韧性有一定程度的降低。
The microstructure of 120 mm 08Ni3DR steel plate under different heat treatment conditions was studied, and the microstructure and properties of T/4 and T/2 were analyzed. The results show that the main microstructure of 08Ni3DR steel plate is ferrite + bainite, and the internal microstructur distribution is uniform. The grain size is fine,and the steel plate has good tensile strength and impact toughness after quenching+lamellarizing+tempering heat treatment. After simulated post-weld heat treatment, the strength and impact absorption energy of the steel plate are reduced to a certain degree.
