摘要
针对8.8级螺栓用SWRCH35K油淬处理后硬度偏低问题,本文通过对化学成分、组织、硬度检测分析,分析缺陷产生原因,通过成分设计优化解决了油淬处理后硬度不合的问题。
In view of the low hardness of SWRCH35K for 8.8 grade bolts after oil quenching, this paper analyzes the causes of defects through the detection and analysis of chemical composition, structure and hardness, and solves the problem of inconsistent hardness after oil quenching through the optimization of composition design.
