摘要
随着中国经济和科技的快速发展,石油化工项目越来越多,新建项目对物资采购管理提出了更高的要求。进口物资采购是项目采购管理的重点,文章基于Z公司项目建设进口物资采购的情况,通过对进口物资采购特点进行深入分析,探究了Z公司在进口物资采购活动中存在的问题,并提出了控制采购和交货风险的具体措施。
With the rapid development of China’s economy and technology, more and more petrochemical projects are constructed,and new projects have put forward higher requirements for material procurement management. Import material procurement is the key point of project procurement management, based on the purchase of Z project construction, through the characteristics of import material purchasing analysis, the paper explores the problems in Z purchasing activities, and puts forward specif ic measures to control procurement and delivery risk.
