在医疗事业快速发展的今天,为了满足日益增长的用药需求,在开发各种药物时,除了注重药物生产流水线优化外,还要注意在药物存储形态、介质构成等方面进行深入研究,以有效促进药物疗效,促进从群体用药向个体化用药方向发展。3D打印技术本身具有数字化建模与快速成型等基本特征,在药物制剂定制化与个体化方面的优势非常突出,促使3D打印制剂这种全新的医用制剂的相关研究越来越多。文章以3D打印医药制剂技术为研究对象,从剂型、质控、应用及工艺几个方面出发对近年来相关研究进行了系统化综述,并对3D打印制剂的应用前景进行了展望。

With the rapid development of medical industry, in order to meet the increasing drug demand, while developing various drugs, we should not only pay attention to the optimization of drug production line, but also pay attention to the in-depth research on drug storage form and medium composition, so as to effectively promote the development of drug treatment from group drug use to individualized drug use. 3D printing technology itself has the basic characteristics of digital modeling and rapid prototyping.It has outstanding advantages in the customization and individualization of pharmaceutical preparations, which makes 3D printing preparations, a new pharmaceutical preparation, widely used. Taking 3D printing medical preparation technology as the research object, this paper systematically summarizes the relevant research in recent years from the aspects of dosage form, quality control,application and technology, and looks forward to the application prospect of 3D printing preparation.
