摘要 LC-NMR技术在分离和鉴定混合物方面有着广大的前景,但其许多方面存在矛盾,如:NMR的灵敏度和LC的分离度、溶剂的使用等。为了提高NMR灵敏度的同时,保持LC分离度采用了stop-flow模式、on-flow模式和loop模式。为了解决溶剂的问题,发展了一系列压制溶剂峰的脉冲序列,最后介绍了LC-NMR在天然产物分离和高分子领域的应用。 The coupling of LC and NMR technology has great prospects for separation and identif ication of mixtures. But there are many contradictions in it, such as the sensitivity of NMR and the separation of LC, the use of solvents, etc. Stop-flow mode,on-flow mode and loop mode are used to improve NMR sensitivity and maintain LC separation. In order to solve the problem of solvent, a series of pulse sequences for suppressing solvent peaks were developed. Finally, the applications of LC-NMR in the separation of natural products and polymers are introduced.
