化工企业多为重资产企业,生产设备作为化工企业资产的重要组成部分,在生产经营中发挥着关键作用。为使设备发挥更高效能,降低设备使用维护成本,需对设备进行科学的管理。文章对化工企业设备管理现状与需求进行分析,简要说明了设备管理信息化工作的必要性,着重对化工企业设备管理业务蓝图规划工作进行分析,探讨符合化工企业实际的设备管理蓝图。

Chemical enterprises are mostly heavy asset enterprises, as an important part of chemical enterprise assets, production equipment plays a key role in production and operation. In order to make the equipment more eff icient and reduce the cost of equipment use and maintenance, it is necessary to manage the equipment scientif ically. This paper analyzes the present situation and demand of equipment management in chemical enterprises, briefly introduces the necessity of equipment management information work, focuses on the analysis of equipment management business blueprint planning, and discusses the equipment management blueprint in line with the reality of chemical enterprises.
