钢铁工业尾气发酵乙醇醪液菌体蛋白的制备工艺 被引量:2

摘要 钢铁工业尾气发酵制乙醇项目以钢铁工业尾气中的CO为碳源,氨水为氮源,添加营养盐经发酵生产乙醇,发酵液经蒸馏除乙醇后还含有较多的菌体蛋白,可用于研究开发蛋白饲料。文章通过研究温度、pH、絮凝剂等对菌体蛋白凝聚的影响,综合应用碟片离心机分离浓缩和板框压滤脱水及采用低温干燥技术进行制备菌体蛋白。发酵醪液调pH至5.5,升温至98℃使菌体变性沉降,经连续排渣碟片机浓缩后,添加絮凝剂絮凝,随后进入板框压滤机进行脱水,压滤机滤饼经封闭式低温滤饼干燥机干燥、粉碎后制备得到菌体蛋白粉。菌体蛋白干粉经检测,粗蛋白含量≥80%、粗灰分≤7%、水分≤12%,可用于研究开发高蛋白菌体饲料。 The project of producing ethanol by fermentation of iron and steel industry tail gas takes CO as carbonic source,ammonia as nitrogen source, adding nutrient salt to produce ethanol, and the fermentation liquid contains more bacterial protein after distillation, which can be used to product protein feed. In this paper, the effects of temperature, pH and flocculant on the aggregation of bacterial protein were studied. The integrated application of disc centrifuge separation and concentration, plate and frame pressure f iltration and dehydration, and the low-temperature drying technology were used to product bacterial protein. The fermentation mash was adjusted to pH 5.5, and the temperature was raised to 98 ℃ to denature and coagulate the bacteria. After being concentrated by continuous slag discharge disc player, flocculant was added to flocculate, and then dehydrated by plate and frame f ilter press. Filter cake was dried and crushed by closed low-temperature f ilter cake dryer to prepare the dry powder.The content of crude protein ≥80%, crude ash ≤7% and moisture ≤12% of the dry powder can be used for the research and development of high protein bacterial feed.
