摘要
采用双螺杆挤出造粒工艺制备聚酰胺66(PA66)/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)耐磨复合材料,通过摩擦性能测试、光学显微镜(OM)表征、电子显微镜(SEM)表征、力学性能测试,研究了不同PTFE含量和不同PTFE微粉粒径对PA66摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:PA66树脂摩擦因数及磨损质量随载荷的增加而降低,载荷达到160 N后接近平衡;加入PTFE后,PA66/PTFE复合材料的摩擦因数下降明显;复合材料摩擦因数对PTFE微粉粒径有选择性,当粒径为12μm时摩擦因数最小。
Polyamide66(PA66)/polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) wear-resistant composites were prepared by twin-screw extrusion granulation process.The effects of PTFE content and PTFE particle sizes on the friction properties of PA66 were studied by friction property test,optical microscope(OM) characterization,scanning electron microscope(SEM) characterization and mechanical property test.The results show that the friction coefficient and abrasion quantity of PA66 resin decrease with the increase of load,and it is close to equilibrium when the load reaches 160 N.After adding PTFE,the friction coefficient of PA66/PTFE composites decreases significantly.The friction coefficient of composites is selective to the particle size of PTFE micro powder.When the particle size is 12 μm,the friction coefficient is the lowest.
