摘要
研究了原材料干燥环节、注塑环节和应用环节中,影响尼龙(PA)注塑制品颜色和性能的因素。结果表明:干燥环节中烘料温度和烘料时间对制品颜色,特别是浅色制件的颜色影响很大,总色差(ΔE)超过1.5;注塑环节中料温和模温对颜色和光泽度的影响最大,由于流动性和结晶程度差异,皮纹面光泽度变化程度明显大于光板面;应用环节中,分别比较了PA-01、PA-03、PA-07三种不同种类的抗氧助剂包对颜色和性能的影响,发现新型助剂包PA-07不仅满足PV1303标准5周期光照要求,而且停留3 min后ΔE仅0.8,120℃/1 000 h老化后ΔE为17,达到抗黄变PA技术要求。
The factors affecting the color and performance of nylon(PA) injection molded products in the raw material drying,injection molding and application were studied.The results show that the drying temperature and drying time have a great influence on the color of the product,especially the color of light-colored parts,and the total color difference(ΔE) exceeds 1.5.In the injection molding process,the material temperature and mold temperature have the greatest influence on the color and gloss.Due to the difference in fluidity and crystallinity,the degree of change in the gloss of the leather grain surface is significantly greater than that of the smooth surface.For application environments,the effects of three different types of antioxidant aid packages,PA-01,PA-03,and PA-07,on the color and performance were compared.The results show that the new PA-07 not only meets the requirements of PV1303-5 cycles of light,but also ΔE is only 0.8 after staying for 3 min.After aging at 120 ℃/1 000 h,the ΔE is 17,which meets the technical requirements of anti-yellowing PA.
