摘要
结合气味测试和热脱附-气相色谱-质谱联用(TD-GC-MS)测试方法对聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)材料进行了气味分析和溯源,找到了引起异味的特征物质,并进行了针对性的整改。结果表明:当采用本体法聚合的ABS原料并通过双真空脱挥(真空度为-0.08 MPa),材料的异味物质质量分数下降了80%~90%,且气味等级能满足标准要求。
Odor source analyzing of automotive polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) material was conducted by using odor test and thermal desorption-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(TD-GC-MS)analysis,and the characteristic substances causing the odor were found,so that specific improvements were able to be carried out on this basis.The results show that when the bulk-polymerized ABS raw material is devolatilized by double vacuum(vacuum degree is -0.08 MPa),the mass fraction of the characteristic substances causing the odor decreases by 80%-90%,and the odor grade can meet the standard requirements.
