摘要 通过对整车内部主要零件的结构及材料进行分析,溯源到影响车内气味的主要因素。结果表明:车内使用的材料型号、加工工艺,以及整车和零件结构等对车内气味均有影响,通过使用低气味材料、采用合理零件结构及优化生产工艺可明显降低车内气味;对零件的后期处理也是控制车内气味的有效手段之一。 Through the analysis of the structure and materials of the main parts in the whole vehicle,the main factors affecting the odor in the vehicle were traced.The results show that the type of materials used in the vehicle,processing technology,and the structure of the whole vehicle and parts have an impact on the odor of the whole vehicle.The odor of the whole vehicle can be significantly reduced by using low odor materials,adopting reasonable parts structure and optimizing production technology.The post-processing of parts is also one of the effective means to control the odor of the whole vehicle.
