摘要 为建立一种对塑料拖鞋快速准确且无损检材的光谱分析方法,对31个不同来源的塑料拖鞋样品进行了X射线荧光光谱检测,并根据特征元素将样品分成了10组,同一组样本还可通过钙铁元素的含量比进一步认定,效果较好。采用典则(Fisher)判别分析法,通过构建判别函数y_(1)~y_(8),实现了对X射线荧光光谱数据的预测,同时检验了8个判别函数的判别能力,建立了判别分布图,为该类物证的检验提供帮助。 In order to establish a fast,accurate and nondestructive spectral analysis method for testing plastic slippers,31 plastic slippers samples of different sources were tested by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The samples were divided into 10 groups according to the characteristic elements.The same group of samples could be further identified by Ca/Fe content ratio,and the effect was good.Fisher discriminant analysis was used to predict the value of the X-ray fluorescence spectrum data by constructing the discriminant functions y_(1)-y_(8).At the same time,the discriminant abilities of 8 discriminant functions were tested.The discriminant distribution map was established,which provided help for the inspection of such physical evidence.
