拉丝级聚丙烯结构和性能分析

摘要 采用凝胶渗透色谱仪、电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜和万能材料试验机等对3种国产拉丝级聚丙烯S1003材料进行微观结构和性能的对比分析。结果表明:以CS-G1为催化剂生产的S1003-1热稳定性和结晶性能最好,以CDi为催化剂生产的S1003-2灰分含量最低,对比料S1003-3立构规整性和拉伸性能最好。 The microstructure and properties of three kinds of domestic brushed grade polypropylene S1003 were compared and analyzed by gel permeation chromatography,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer,differential scanning calorimeter,polarized light microscopy and universal material testing machine.The results show that the thermal stability and crystallinity of S1003-1 produced with CS-G1 as catalyst is best,the ash content of S1003-2 produced with CDi as catalyst is lowest,and the stereoregularity and tensile properties of reference material S1003-3 is best.
