国家文化公园是我国原创的文化工程建设模式。本文梳理了国家文化公园的谋划与建设历程,对国家文化公园的内涵进行了总结归纳,阐述了建设黄河国家文化公园应当遵循的保护传统与合理开发相结合等四项原则,最后提出了建设黄河国家文化公园的路径:建全体制机制,完善黄河国家文化公园的顶层设计;构建文化体系,展示黄河国家文化公园的文化魅力;注重文旅融合,增强黄河国家文化公园影响力;强化科技助力,创新黄河文化的现代表达模式。

The National Cultural Park is an original cultural engineering construction mode in China.This paper summarizes the planning and construction process of the National Cultural Park,and the connotation of the National Cultural Park,expounds the four principles that should be followed in the construction of the Yellow River National Cultural Park,such as the combination of protection tradition and rational development,and finally puts forward the path of the construction of the Yellow River National Cultural Park:perfecting the system and mechanism and perfecting the top-level design of the Yellow River National Cultural Park;Build a cultural system to show the cultural charm of the Yellow River National Cultural Park;Pay attention to the integration of culture and tourism and enhance the influence of the Yellow River National Cultural Park;Strengthen the assistance of science and technology and innovate the modern expression mode of the Yellow River culture.
