Review and Prospect on Energy Transition of International Oil Companies

近几年,国际石油公司积极应对气候变化,大力实施能源转型,在战略调整、业务布局、产业结构、组织架构、治理结构、资产经营及公司更名等诸多方面主动作为,取得良好成效。展望未来,基于政策压力、ESG(环境、社会和公司治理)压力、经济压力、路径依赖压力和资产经营压力等方面的变化因素,提出国际石油公司在转型路径、转型投入、转型进展、转型类型以及公司自身资产经营方面5个发展趋势,为国际石油公司后续能源转型工作提供参考和借鉴。

In recent years,international oil companies positively dealt with climate changes,actively facilitated energy transition from strategy adjustment,business layout,industry structure,organization structure,governance structure,assets operation,changes of company name,and achieved good results.In the future,the paper proposes such five main trends as transition approaches,transition inputs,transition progress,transition types,and companies’assets business based on pressure changes in policies,ESG(Environment,Society,Governance),economy,approach dependence,and asset operation in order to offer a experience and reference for international oil company follow-up energy transition.
