丙烷脱氢制丙烯发展现状与前景分析

分析了北美和中东地区丙烷生产与出口状况以及中国丙烷进口与消费、丙烯生产与消费现状,探讨了UOP公司的Oleflex工艺、ABB Lummus公司的Catofin工艺等典型PDH(丙烷脱氢制丙烯)工艺的技术特点,并对中国PDH产业发展状况、技术经济性、产业发展前景进行了分析,认为利用进口丙烷生产丙烯是满足中国丙烯消费需求增长的有效途径,但未来几年PDH项目大量投产,市场供应有望达到供需平衡甚至出现过剩,加之地缘政治和远洋运输等因素影响,进口丙烷市场存在较大不确定性,新建PDH项目需深入论证、谨慎投资。

In this article,propane production and export in North America and Middle East,Propane imports and consumption in China,as well as the current situation of propylene production and consumption were analyzed.Besides,the technological features concerning PDH(propylene by propane dehydrogenation)typified by Oleflex technology owned by the company of UOP and Catofin technology mastered by ABB Lummus were discussed.The situation of China’s PHD industrial development,technological economy and the future development of the industry were analyzed.It was deemed that using imported propane to produce propylene remained an effective way to satisfy the growing demand of propylene consumption in China.But in the upcoming years,with the mass production of PDH project,market supply and demand are expected to reach the equilibrium and even witness the surplus.Taking into account the factors such as geopolitics and ocean transportation,there exists considerable uncertainty in the imported propane market,the newly-built PDH project needs to be further discussed and prudently invested.
