基于信息熵与主成分分析方法的燃气电厂综合评价 被引量:1

摘要 近10年来燃气发电装机容量持续增长,已成为电网中重要的调峰电源形式之一。对标管理工作可以有效提升燃气电厂运行效率及管理水平。但由于燃气轮机品牌、容量及等级不统一,对合理综合评价燃气电厂及对标管理工作提出了挑战。在阐述如何构建合理的评价指标体系的基础上,通过选取安全环保指标、可靠性指标、设备管理指标、技术经济指标和主要运行指标,并采用基于信息熵与主成分分析方法对某集团多个燃气电厂进行了综合评价,覆盖多个品牌的E级、F级机组。该方法的应用实现了不同品牌不同级别机组之间的对标分析,并根据综合评价结果对燃气电厂对标管理工作提出了相关建议。 Gas power plant plays an important role of peak shaving in the power grid and its installed capacity keeps growing in the last 10 years.Benchmarking management could effectively improve the operation efficiency and management level concerning gas fired power stations.However,due to the disunity of the brand and capacity of gas turbine,challenges have been posed to the reasonable evaluation of the gas-fired power station and benchmarking management.On the basis of the elaboration on how to build a proper evaluation index system,multiple gas power plants of a certain group have been evaluated comprehensively covering E-level and F-level units of various brands through information entropy and PCA,as well as the adoption of safe and environmental protection index,reliability index,equipment management index and technological and economic index.The usage of this method materializes the benchmarking analysis between different brands and levels of units,and also puts forward suggestions on the benchmarking management of gas power plants according to the comprehensive evaluation results.
